2. Purpose and nature of the service
The Store is a platform for presenting equipment and for submitting operating renting proposals. The Store does not carry out outright sales of equipment and does not process any payment.
The business model is based exclusively on the operating renting provided by GRENKE ("GRENKE"), the partner financial institution. Multimac acts as an intermediary/introducer, making the catalogue available and collecting the data required to submit a renting proposal to GRENKE.
3. Proposal process via GRENKE
The process works as follows:
- The user selects the desired equipment and renting term;
- The user fills in the company data, including tax number (NIF/NIPC) and IBAN, as well as contact details and address;
- The Store submits the renting proposal to GRENKE through the B2F/Difrently technology platform/gateway;
- The user is redirected to the GRENKE portal to complete the process.
Submitting a proposal through the Store does not, by itself, constitute the conclusion of any contract. The approval decision and the conclusion of the renting agreement are the exclusive competence and responsibility of GRENKE, in accordance with its own criteria, terms and conditions. Multimac does not guarantee the approval of any proposal.
The renting agreement is entered into directly between the user (as a company) and GRENKE, governed by GRENKE's terms and conditions, which the user should review beforehand.
4. Prices
The prices displayed in the Store are indicative, expressed in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated. The actual rentals, financial conditions and other charges are defined by GRENKE within the scope of the proposal and the renting agreement.
The displayed values do not constitute a binding offer and may be subject to change, error correction or stock availability. [to confirm - pricing policy, renting terms and conditions with GRENKE]
5. Recipients and user obligations
The Store is intended exclusively for business clients (B2B) holding a valid tax identification number (NIF/NIPC). By using the Store, the user represents and warrants that:

Multimac endeavours to keep the Store's information correct and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies or service interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multimac is not liable for:
- Approval or refusal decisions or contractual conditions set by GRENKE;
- Temporary unavailability of the Store or of third-party platforms (GRENKE, B2F/Difrently, hosting);
- Indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of the Store.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Data protection
