Everything your company needs to know
What is grenke's business renting?+
It's a contract between the end client and GRENKE (the lessor) for the rental of equipment chosen through a reseller. The reseller supplies the equipment, GRENKE pays the invoice, and the client pays fixed instalments for using the equipment over the agreed period.
What proportion of the payment is tax-deductible?+
Renting payments are considered operating costs and are 100% deductible for corporate tax purposes.
What happens at the end of a Renting contract?+
At the end of the contract there are three options: upgrade to newer equipment, return the equipment to a location indicated by GRENKE, or automatically renew the contract for 6 months if not cancelled in writing with 3 months' notice.
Can you rent software?+
Yes. The recommended maximum term is 36 months for software licences, or 12 months for annual software upgrades.
Is there a minimum amount?+
Yes. GRENKE renting is available from €500 of equipment (excl. VAT). You can combine several items in the cart to reach that amount.
